Hiden Predatory Towing 24/7
I recently visited this McDonald’s, and while the restaurant itself was fine and okay… and a good spot for a quick meal—my experience was completely ruined by Predators.
After spending about 10-15 minutes inside McDonald’s, I stepped out to take a walk and enjoy the snow as I’m new to Chicago. Little did I know, this parking company employs someone who lurks around 24/7, just waiting to catch people off guard. while i walk and take some pictures around - they booted it and demanded an outrageous $170 to remove the boot.
Their behavior was nothing short of extortion. They even threatened to tow my car for an additional $300 and said they’d call the police on me if I didn’t pay immediately. What’s worse, they don ’t care if you’re a customer at McDonald’s.
This parking company is predatory and unprofessional, and their presence makes visiting this McDonald’s an unpleasant experience. While I have nothing but good things to say about the restaurant itself, Innovation Parking Company is a nightmare. Be very careful if you park here, and frankly, avoid this location altogether if you can !!

Parking: I was gone for exactly 2 minutes, I work for Uber Eats, I've only been in America for 3 months, I came from Ukraine, where there's a war, and here for 2 minutes of parking they charged me $170, I loved McDonald's, but because of this attitude I hated it, I need to work for 2 days to get back the $170 that they suddenly took out of my pocket, for 2 minutes of parking... such a McDonald's!!!!!!!

I was at drive through 3 times in the past 2 weeks, looks like they rushing the order because the meal was packed terrible and no napkins, drinks had little ice,had to order a separate ice cup,also how come not having basket of fries at a mcdonald's.. disappointing! They asking too much $$$ for the fast food that is not all that.

How is it EVERY SINGLE TIME I come to this place they don’t give me no barbecue sauce? It’s ridiculous. A simple task for a simple job. At a time where you have no one else at the drive thru so there’s no one rushing thru orders. What’s the issue? Get better employees, get a better system or just simply stop hiring dumbasses.

I been doing my Uber eats, just stopped here to take the order across the street. Took me no more than 2 minutes. When I came back to my car I have got a boot on my car. I been eating in this McDonald’s often, but from now they have lost a customer! I will never come here again unless they return me 170$ or change the parking company!!!!

I'm not liking the new system of odering at the kiosks. I have placed orders at a number of McDonald's but if I have to wait 10 minutes and not talk to anyone I just leave. Very frustrating. I think I used to go to McDonald's 3 to 4 times per week. Now maybe once in 2 months

I've never had an issue getting my food other than them not refilling drinks nor do they fill the drink up all the way. There are no self serve drink kiosks. There is a distinct putrid sewage dead animal smell and its been this way for about a month. Idk how anyone dines in with that smell lingering. Every time I walk in I immediately lose my appetite and feel like I wasted my money. I just really want them to fix the smell.
That store friendly about the washroom custermers and emergency situations for outsiders this store gets an b plus on service

do not go here go to the another mcdonald's even if it's farther, at another mcdonald's I paid 1.10 dollars for a xs drink here it cost me 1.47 dollars and it smells bad in the mcdonald's because in the bathroom it's flooded with puke in the stall
