Went here for fries and then walked to the ice cream shop next door to get ice cream to pair them with. I came back to my car in the parking lot 7 minutes later and it had a boot on it with a hefty fine of $180. If you dine here, do not even step out of the parking lot without your car. There are undercover agents watching the lot to boot anyone. Terrible customer experience. Predatory parking enforcement even when patronizing at the restaurant. The fries were pretty good, typical Mcdonald's fries, and would have tasted even better if they didn't cost me $180.

Had a great experience at this McDonald’s. The customer service was good, the location was very clean and hygienic, and there was plenty of parking available. Overall, a smooth and pleasant visit. Would definitely come back.

For some reason the drive-thru service for horrible today . They parked me to wait for hash browns. When they brought out the food I asked the worker where my scrambled eggs were and she said look in the bag . They weren't in the bag bc a platter doesn't fit in a little bag. I had to go inside to get my eggs. They when I got home I saw thay all my hashbrowns were stuck together from the grease!! When you call the restaurant they don't answer. Also they forgot to give me my drink.

DEFUND Democrats

The absolute rudest little girl that couldn't speak English very well acted as if serving me was the most annoying task of her life... respectfully asked a question and she turned her back and answered rudely.. have no idea what she said though.. tried to get her name but I couldn't understand her response..as a mature professional woman in my 50's..I just cannot tolerate this behavior... I'm a customer spending money..btw this occurred Wed 11/19 at 3:30 pm.

No complaints about the restaurant itself but this location uses a AWFUL booting service and they will boot your car EVEN IF YOU ARE A CUSTOMER THERE.
Innovative Parking Solutions is using predatory business practices to try and scare you into paying absurd amounts of money to get their boot removed from your car all while using illegal law practices.
For this one reason I will never be returning to this location and I advise the managers to do more research into who they sign contracts with. This company is driving away business from this location. Parking is not a hot commodity at this location and there is absolutely no need to place boots on vehicles AT ALL none the less to paying customers who legally parked and would be in and out in 5 minutes.

For being this place I mean for being a McDonald's you got to understand they get hammered during rush hour times commuter times after school kids and nevertheless the management there. I don't even want to call management the they used to have a different word for them. They were anyway whatever they're calling management now should be executives and I met one of the managers the other day. They just do a great job and they do a great job and a very difficult intersection of massive O'Hare commuter CTA Ventra... I don't blame the executive management for the cost increases, however it was something of a. How do I put this this place... When I was at a much different financial point in my life, this was my breakfast every morning and it was back in the time when you could get two breakfast burritos and not have to worry about eating for the rest of the day. It was a not a dark time. It was a very financially straining time and unfortunately it appears due to the economy that this is no longer possible. But this location on my daily commute into work was the one place that I knew I could always afford to eat and if they ever return to that or they put a little like $3 value menu a thing. Maybe a burrito skip the hash browns, a large water and some type of sausage McMuffin. I think that would match all of their cost metrics, but I don't know and try to keep it at $3 with tax. It's a lot easier for people to calculate so 283 271 whatever works;
