They forgot to put my fries again. Yes, again. I live a block away, they should just walk the food over next time. When I talked to the manager, Jorge, he said they are very busy, and told me to fill out the survey. Jorge stated they are understaffed. How is that my problem? So because they are understaffed, they do not have time to make sure orders are correct? Ridiculous excuse.
