Felt compelled to write a review due to the young man working on 10/4 at 5 PM. During a busy time he cared about the efficiency of getting people in/out and keeping people moving organizing people to kiosks and registers. He even saw i was going to struggle carrying an oversized bag down the stairs having to also carry a pet carrier and backpack without a working escalator down to the tracks and carried my larger bag down for me. Needed to get food fast at the airport, but one of the kiosks broke down, so the counter was faster.
Kudos to the Manager getting orders for costumers bc she was fast, but you had to get your own utensils, napkins and beverage carrier because she was just taking food from the end of their assembly line to the counter.
