I always come here as my pre thrifting ritual. Even during rush hour, the team here is super nice and friendly. Definitely one of my favorite McDonald's to visit. Keep up the great work, guys!

This used to be our go-to McDonald’s for a late-night snack. I don’t know what changed, but now all we hear is “cash only, drinks only, or we’re closed.” …not sure how a 24h location closes. If we got these excuses 1 or 2 times, I’d understand. Lately, though, it seems like just about every time.I hope things change because it was a great and convenient location a year or so ago.

THIS IS THE PULL AROUND LINE! This is why I don’t come to this location anymore and any MCD really. Told to pull around after waiting in line to order for 10 minutes.. now I’m in another line waiting 10 more minutes. ITS SLOW. 3pm on a Thursday. 20 minutes for a burger and a coke. Won’t do this again. They need to axe the pull forward policy. It instantly ruins my experience every time and it’s always a small order. COME ON!

Nasty employee woman today sitting on the toilet forever watching you tube on her personal phone at full volume with no headphones. So rude, I can’t have peace and quiet even in a bathroom.

Asked for no cream in the milk shakes but every one of them had
The drive thru made us wait more than 10 mins for 2 McRibs & a large fries. This was what we received. McRibs on Quarter Pounder bread. They couldn't even let us know b4 hand. UNACCEPTABLE!!!
I don't recommend the 3615 W. Irving Park McDonald's. My fries were totally cold. I asked for hot fries. I literally saw a lady dump my fries back in the hopper of fries and mix them in. They made me wait a few minutes, then they gave me semi-warm fries, but still more cold than hot. By the way: I was at the pick-up window when my order was placed in the window, so there's no reason for totally cold fries.

Just a Heads Up life ( life Hack) the Drive Thru is cash only during the night time but you can still get served on Uber eats if you don't have cash for the Drive Thru.

We for the first time downloaded the app because they were having .50 double cheese burgers and we live right down the street. I actually got the big Mac free for spending $1.. the service here is horrible we were waiting for our pick up being able to see it and it was just a few items. The workers were so concerned about the drive-thru we actually had to stop a manager who was rushing out the door to give someone their food who never acknowledged us... After he came in we asked him if we could grab our stuff. The fries were gross not fresh at all and the food is something I'd never eat again... I didn't even want to share it with my 17 month old because it's just gross period. I understand they are busy here but work on yall's customer service. You shouldn't need 20 people working on the drive-thru...
