The place is heaven for people who go for healthy options. It is on the basement level so it is not the best place for mobility. However as soon as you get in you will see salad bar, they have wraps and soups as well. I got steak wrap and had to wait for 20 minutes, but I believe on that day they were short staffed. My friend who got salad bowl didn’t have to wait and just picked up their food at the end of the line. I gotta say that it was delicious and I had it for two meals as just half of the wrap was already a lot. For the price point of $14 its taste and size were great.

Ordered a steak wrap for lunch, woman working behind the counter handed me a sandwich and said "here's your sub", but I thought she just misspoke. Got back to work and opened it up to find a totally different order, and when I called to ask for a refund, they said it was my fault and lied+argued about what they said the sandwich was (no one ever said what it was, no one called out what was on it, they handed it to me and said it belonged to me). They refused to refund me and wanted me to wait for a call from a different manager. Won't be returning here again.

Ordered the same sandwich 3 times and got 3 very different sandwiches. Each time they got worse. Their chicken ceasar sub the first time was one of the best sandwiches I've ever had. I've tried to get it again but 2 times now, they try to pass off something completely different. I did ask for a different bread but that's all. Too bad, I really liked the first sandwich.

The salad itself was delicious! I had a Buffalo Blue Chicken salad, and if it was just on the salad I would happily come again! However, the rest of the experience was lacking. The place itself looked like a place trying to convince itself and others that the food is healthy. The workers were there to get the job done, no more and no less. And for $15, why is the bowl not as full as possible? I don't know if I would come here again, you're probably better off at a Sweetgreen or Just Salad.

Ordered chicken Cesar which, to be fair, isn’t on the menu. My fault, I didn’t realize they made their Cesar on mixed greens which I don’t like but oh well. However I think I got spicy chicken which I didn’t ask for and it had enough dressing to the point it was pooling at the bottom of the bowl which is just gross. If I go back, I’ll do a build your own to avoid issues. Pricy for the size though. At these prices I’d rather go to sweetgreen but it’s too far from the office.

Literally heard one of the cooks (white jacket) flush the toilet and walk immediately out of the bathroom without washing his hands. I had already placed my order. He saw me notice, and instructed his team not to make my food. I sat there for 20 minutes waiting for something I had already paid for , but never received. Ridiculous and disgusting. He washed his hands in the kitchen, but didn’t wash them as he left the bathroom. That’s not very sanitary.
