The girl with grey beanie and braided pick tails wearing glasses had the worst attitude. I came at 6pm no cupcakes. This place isn’t the same place it was years ago. I will never return here again. Ended up not buying anything and leaving. So disappointing

Ordered 12 cupcakes for a birthday including 2 nut free because 2 invitees have severe nut allergy. They gave us all 12 in the same box without any consideration for cross-contamination.

Mollys cupcakes is the best. The young lady that waited on me was great. Only issue I had was one of the young girls that worked behind the counter..she was doing her hair..braiding her pony tail and had her pony tail holder. This is a food place. Do your hair in the back or bathroom..wash your hands.. She was over the containers that cupcakes go in. Not sanitary at all. I was waited on my someone else and she used different containers that was not where the girl was braiding her hair and standing over.

Cupcakes not as fluffy, moist & fresh compared to Molly's Streeterville location on Illinois St. Employees here on Sat night Dec 7th, 2024 are unfriendly & rude.
Believe me, you'll taste the difference & notice how more courteous, friendly & positive Streeterville on Illinois St is compared to this one.
We put on our jackets that night here to obviously leave as they were closing & one of them 'rudely' said "we're closing now" when it was obvious we we knew & getting ready to go.
There are better more polite ways to say they're closing.
I couldn't understand the eye rolling the employees had with my simple questions.
Go to Streeterville location. Employees there are much more upbeat, POSITIVE & cupcakes are so much more moist, fluffier & fresher there.

I am usually not a cupcake person but the name of the place is the name of my stepdaughter so I had to try it out. Visiting here from New York I decided to try it out. I have to say they are the best cupcakes I have ever had hands down. I have been limping on a bad foot for days and yet I still went from my apartment that I was renting all the way back to get more cupcakes the next day. Do not ever go out of business
