First time visiting this place and 5 stars all around! Very nice customer service in a small, intimate setting for a girl’s date, couple’s date and/or date for self. All cupcakes are filled except for a few flavors including but not limited to the blueberry cheesecake. I loved everything about that cupcake!

After 8 years, I finally came back to Chicago and had to stop by Molly’s Cupcakes on Clark Street again and it’s still just as amazing as I remembered! The red velvet cupcake was moist, soft, and perfectly balanced (not too sweet, just right). The Ron Bennington was delicious too, and the peach flavor was a pleasant surprise. We preordered 8 red velvet buttercream cupcakes, and everything was consistent and fresh. So happy this place is still as good as ever!

Cupcakes were extremely disappointing. The cake was extraordinarily dry, the frosting was tasteless, and the texture was somehow even worse. I had been looking forward to trying Molly’s Cupcakes for months due to all of the positive reviews; however, it was such a waste of money. Don’t go!

Tried the samoa and the oreo cupcake. Both were pretty mid and the frosting was atrocious! I’ve never had worse cupcakes and I was extremely disappointed :(
The cupcakes were fantastic, especially the Samoa. Plenty of choices, friendly service, and a cool interior made it an excellent stop.

Molly‘s has been around for many years now, and never disappoints. They always have innovative and tasty flavor combinations. I always make a stop whenever I’m in Chicago.
You can stop in and enjoy a cupcake, cake, pop, or cookie while you are there. Otherwise, they have plenty of to go options. For those interested, they also offer catering and large pick up services.
This particular location has probably seen some better days as far as wear and tear, but it’s still a great spot to stop and enjoy a little treat.

Sweetest Touch to the Celebration – Molly’s Cupcakes Never Disappoints!
Akanksha and Kartik’s wedding day ended on the most delicious note, thanks to Molly’s Cupcakes! As a photographer (and someone with a major sweet tooth), I can honestly say their dessert display was as photogenic as it was tasty.

Best cupcakes in the city. We order them way too often, no special occasion needed.

As good as ever. It’s a bit annoying to see anything less than a five star review when the reviewer has nothing but positive things to say. This is clearly one of the best cupcake places in the country. Consistently high quality every day.

We threw away the cupcakes and cookies after one bite. I've had the best vegan desserts, but Molly's really missed the mark. Overpriced and a waste of $30.
