Colectivo Coffee Lincoln Park is a fantastic roaster and coffee house, perfectly located right off Clark with an awesome patio for nice days and a cozy indoor space for the colder months. The coffee selection is top-tier, and every drink has been excellent — the Almond Brittle Latte was unbelievably good, and the Iced vanilla latte was really good and wasn't too sweet. Food-wise, the Cajun breakfast burrito was tasty and had lots of andouille, and the chorizo breakfast burrito is consistently delicious and a way better deal than sit-down places. The staff are super friendly, and service is super quick even with a packed patio. It is a busy mainstream bean tavern filled with loud fun convos, warm food, and aromatic coffee. However, it is WAY too expensive, making it a once a month type spot.
