I was very impressed with this small little place. The thing that caught my attention was how friendly the staff was. Both bartenders were great, super nice, and attentive. Even the door man was polite and friendly. It was a nice first experience here.
A beer list that rivals Quenchers Saloon in days of yore; and maybe a few of its staff members, too. ? The outdoor patio is a real treat. Dog friendly; keep 'em leashed. Live music indoors seven nights a week.

This is one of the best venues for emerging, up-and-coming bands on Chicago's north side. Typically one flat fee of 15 bucks, and that gets you in all night to see at least four to five bands. If you don't like the music of the band you're listening to wait a little while and a new one is up there. Bands rotate every hour on the hour. It's a cool and friendly atmosphere
