My wife and I had a terrible experience. The food only came out partially. My order was missing its brussel sprouts and he order was missing its cauliflower. After about ten minutes I went to the front to let them know. The response was odd only three of us and we are busy. My wife's gross that came with her chicken sandwich looked liked they were fried 3 times to warm them back up. Our other sides didn't come until we were done eating and about to leave. All we got was an apology.

Just tried for the first time and will definitely be back. The folks at the counter were very friendly, food was ready quickly, and the chicken was delicious. Fall off the bone tender and the sauce was very tasty. Only tiny knock is the X hot was not very hot, not sure if there was a mix up or not but ultimately a non factor. Good food at good price.

Great food and decent service. 2 of our dishes we ordered we had to substitute for something else because they were out of coleslaw to put on the chicken sandwhich. They should have realized this before we paid for our order and they didn't offer a price adjustment considering the substitution was a few bucks cheaper. Overall, the staff was really nice and I would eat there again.

The Nando in Hyde park is ran horribly by lazy people The manager was on her phone, the cook wasn’t cooking and the waiter was not waiting on us. We went into a very empty restaurant just to sit there for 30 mins and no one gave us a menu or anything. Very horrible service. Very mean people. Dont know why they open.

We bought the peri platter, and our pickup order was $53.00. We returned to the house and realized there were no chips, and we had upgraded to a large size. Not to mention, we bought special dipping sauces for the fries. I called them and requested a new delivery of chips. They would not do that. So, they asked if a refund would be OK, and they refunded $5.80 off the order. JOKE!

Food is great but I ordered carry out and for the 2nd time they forgot a part of my order which, of course I did not realize until I got all the way home. Very frustrating, these prices are not cheap and I expect to have everything in my bag that I pay for. Staff was nice and friendly though.
