I try my best to avoid ordering from this restaurant because they never cook my food correctly. I usually go to Nando’s on Randolph in West Loop. However, this is the closest one to me.But this will be my last time ordering from this restaurant my chicken was so burnt. Why would they give it to a customer?

Very unreliable at lunchtime. I’ve had to miss lunch twice because my order, which the app said would be ready in 8 minutes, was still in the works 30-40 minutes later. They’re either short staffed or just slow, but it’s not working. Good food… if you get it.
The manager was soo friendly and the food was top notch and healthy I ordered their spicy chicken rainbow salad it was super fresh with all the vegetables and avocado. They did take a very long time to bring the order out thats the only star I will take from them other than that everything else was amazing.

Pretty disappointed overall. I ordered the Rainbow Bowl - it did not have any sauce, had no hummus, and both the pickled cauliflower and cucumbers tasted very weird... not sure if it was old or maybe I was given someone else's order, but we placed our order online and it definitely had our name on the bag. The only redeemable quality was their mashed potatoes, which were actually delicious.
