Not sure what’s going on at Nando’s Hyde Park but someone has fallen asleep at the wheel. I’ve began coming here in 20’. I asked for a simple Caesar’s Salad only to receive something with chickpeas, onions, tomatoes and a pink spicy dressing??? What is this! Then I asked for sparkling water, they had none but offer a $5 bottle of still water. It’s nearly 6P with TWO patrons here, including myself. I see why.

I went into this location for lunch take out, we wasn’t greeted properly at first by one of the young ladies, but then another lady walked up by the name of Tina, she was very nice, professional, pleasant and patient, we had like 8 orders, she made sure our orders & food was correct and gave us excellent customer service. The food was great! I was soo happy to see her, instead of going elsewhere for lunch! Thanks Tina!!! I greatly appreciate your excellent customer service skills!!!

This place was amazing, Sha our host she was amazing, super nice and very helpful, this place was super clean from the front door all the way too the bathroom!Parking: We had to park on the side street but the payment was like 4 dollars for 1 hour 1/2Kid-friendliness: Plenty of space for a family with kids and there not really not like your kids can't do this or do that!Wheelchair accessibility: There was a place at the end of the street for a wheelchair to get up on and the doors where wide enough from the looks of it to have a wheelchair come through and the tables could easily move a chair so a wheelchair can pull up.

Chicken is really good. Great char but still soft and juicy on the inside. Their ranch is really just like ranch and thousand island and their sweet Chilli jam starts tasting more like ketchup if you don't have anything to dip it in. The halloumi is also really good, just wish they gave larger portions. Service was great. And they have a hand washing station near the sauces and drink machines.Vegetarian options: It's a chicken restaurant. Friend who knows flavors from Africa brought here. Food, especially the chicken seasoning is fire! The rice is the best I’ve tried.I ordered a bowl and it was just right. Also, a side on Brussels. Man, seasoning is on point!!!!Salsas especially lime herb was my best.

BUYER BEWARE ! ! THIS IS WORST NANDOS LOCATION .Very disappointing that in certain "neighborhoods" the service is awful. This place has terrible customer service . Every other Nandos I've been to has been drastically different. This was my second and last time there. Food is expensive these days and this business has forgotten that customers are needed in order to stay in business.

I ordered the wings. They did not give me my ranch and after I asked they still never gave to me. The wings were so tiny and over cooked. For $9 I would expect more. Service was ok. I had issues with the ordering from the table so we needed to go up and order. My son had a sandwich and he said it was good but the $5 cauliflower again was a super small serving.
