I don't live in Chicago, but for Nayos African Cuisines, I am ready to travel that far just to have a taste of a good African dish. The food was tasty, well spiced. Serving portion, generous. He was not stingy with his delicious meal. Atmosphere was excellent. Service was very professional. Wait time was great. Price for the food, excellent. The food was very fresh! My aunt said it was excellent. Although the guy (cook) serving us wasn’t the friendliest, he did give us the authentic experience. Overall the food was tasty food.

I'm happy I stumbled on Nayos African Cuisines in Chicago! As a newbie to the city, I was really excited to find this spot serving up real-deal African flavors. The chef is really kind and accommodating - they really make you feel at home.

The Igbo culture vibes are strong in their dishes, and I loved trying new ones. I had the seafood okra which was absolutely delicious and loaded with yummy delicacies. My friend had the Jollof rice and fried cat fish...
