Either you get it, or you don't. This is dining as entertainment. The food is outstanding, the concepts are amazing. But there are some people who will probably not get it. The staff is spot on, and if you are willing to play along, you'll have a great night out.
Next changes its theme frequently, and the creativity behind each new menu is impressive. Some concepts shine brighter than others, but the team’s commitment to reinvention is admirable. Execution was strong, though not every dish reached the same level. A very good restaurant that earns four stars for innovation.
Amazing, once in a lifetime experience with Space at Next. The service was attentive and engaged ( they actually cared about my experience ). The experience was unworldly and the food was unique and eye-opening. I adored this meal and wish I lived in Chicago to experience it again.
One regret was splurging on the wine tasting. It was too much wine, and I didn’t appreciate the pairing (others might). I wish I had a few glasses ala carte instead.
