Phenomenal meal
I’m very fortunate to have been to great cocktail bars all over the world. But I’ve never had an experience like The Aviary or hospitality like that of our server Hailey on Saturday evening. It was a true experience and I think I drank my new favorite cocktail of all time. If you love cocktail culture you’ll love this. And if you don’t, you’ll become a lover of the craft behind your drinks. Thank you again to Hailey for an incredible night.
We went for the showiest drinks (at the time, Garden Unit and The Partirdge) and got an edible helium taffy balloon. Those were worth it for the novelty.
I feel like we might've been disappointed paying top dollar for less showy drinks (even ours were only marginally showier than other cocktail bars we've been to), as the drink ingredients don't appear to be too complex either? Rating is more like a 4.5.
