Went here for a business lunch with a client. The restaurant only had a few tables seated, and while it was fairly staffed, everything was extremely slow. It took us 2 hours to receive everything we ordered which frankly wasn't a lot. The food itself was tasty, but not incredible as we expected. It was relatively simple, which was disappointing for the price they charge ($100pp before tip and alcohol, and we left hungry).
Nobu Chicago completely lives up to the reputation. The sushi easily ranks in my personal top two of all time, with incredible freshness, flawless cuts, and balance in every single bite.
The Japanese whiskey selection is just as impressive, featuring top-shelf pours that pair perfectly with the menu. Combine that with the sleek atmosphere and sharp service, and it makes for an unforgettable dinner. An absolute must-visit if you appreciate elite sushi and rare spirits.

We were there for brunch and the food and service was top tier 👌🏾 I definitely recommend it.
