Norman's Bistro is a chill neighborhood spot with a nice bar area for drinks and music. The food is generally okay, but not particularly special. However, the brunch on Sundays is fantastic, and the fish, shrimp, and eggs on salad are highly recommended. The tomatoes and wings are also praised as delicious and cooked to perfection. While the customer service can be hit or miss, the overall atmosphere and decor of the restaurant are well-put-together, making it a place worth revisiting.
