This was a tremendous experience. The quality of food and precision of Chef Park was truly wonderful and delicious. We enjoyed the reserve sake pairing, which was incredible and well balanced, as well as the Thornyhead, Wagyu and Caviar additions. The meal was intimate but the ambiance was not stuffy, as the service team was wonderful.
We were the first to arrive; however, every reservation had a name card indicating where they were sitting. They had a great selection of drinks, including a non-alcoholic sake. The ambience was excellent.
Chef Park was phenomenal as usual. This is my second time enjoying the cuisine and excellent intimate service. We enjoyed every course with the wine pairing. The wine selection was perfectly paired to the course.It was served with. I highly recommend this for any special occasion...or to just have an exquisite experience.
