The moment I walked in I felt like I was blanketed with the comfort of the unspoken beauty of what hooters is remembered by, and her name was Christine. She spoke like an angel and I couldn't look because the light only allowed me to view her in the name of the Lord. I have never met a server as special as Christine. She was was so nice and warming with her words and recommendations. Every moment I wanted her advice, like in the godfather movie. I wanted to be al pacino in Carlitos way but without dying and we sold cars together. I have nothing but good things to say. What a great place. I owe you one.

I was here Saturday and after sleeping it over, I can honestly say it was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had in my life.

We had reservations at 6 PM, and after waiting for 30 minutes, I asked the host who our server was as she had still yet to come over to us. She confirmed she’d be there in a bit and after another 15 minutes, we finally placed our drink and food orders. Another 40 minutes passed and we finally received our drinks. At this point I was so hungry I was resorting to eating hot sauce and seasoning salt. After almost 2 hours since we were seated, our food came out with each of our orders wrong. After this was semi corrected, we went to pay and noticed there was extra charges on the $6 legendary margaritas we ordered. We were too exhausted at this point to even fight it and we got out of there. I was a fan of hooters in the past but this experience was a complete and total nightmare

My second time here and these people's never get my order right. Today I got some dry boneless wings and I paid for ranch and hot sauce.now what I look like driving back there for something that is can't use my food would be cold SMH always check your order.

waited 40 min for an order that was placed online and then is really disgusting seeing the lady bagging our food just scratching her hair and doesn’t even wash her hands smh 🤦‍♀️ last time i will be coming to this location

This place need a whole new kitchen staff!
Waited 40 mins for a take out order that was ordered 45 min before I arrived .
Uber drivers and post mate delivery drivers were upset aswell because they were waiting for food for 30 mins plus .
The food was good
that kitchen staff needs major improvements to much walking back and fourth trying to look busy!
You can see the place was not even busy yet orders were still piled up
This place can be great again if the staff is properly trained

Placed a delivery order, when the food arrived the side of the bag was covered in grease, the curly fires were cold and tasted like they were fried in old oil or oil used to cook chicken, the wings were cold and not moist. I called the restaurant and spoke to a manager supposedly. He made up every excuse why things were the way they were and offered no type of compensation. DO NOT ORDER FROM HOOTES IN River North Chicago!!. Bad food, bad personnel!!

This place has cockroaches. I ordered a To go order and was waiting on my food at the bar when I seen a big cockroach crawling on the counter and blender! I asked for a refund immediately. The customer service was great and I understand it’s not the employees fault. They were very helpful.

I just recently left your well street location and was the most unprofessional thing I ever went through in my life so we order our food and after 1hour our waiter comes and tells us she is sorry but hey gave our food away to someone else and its gonna be another 15min wait for our food so at this point of course we ask to speak to the manager to see if they can accommodate us for our food so after waiting another 15 minutes the food comes out right as she is walking up and guess what its still wrong i had to basically beg for a 25 percent discount and the food was still wrong so basically I paid for some food that was wrong and waited a 1 hour and 20 minutes to get 20 wings and a Philly cheese steak sandwich she never apologized and or anything no sorry for the inconvenience she just walked and treated us like nothing nothing we didn't even eat the food just paid our tab and left and we left our server a 15 dollar tip

I just recently left the Wells street Location and it was the most unprofessional thing I've ever seen in my life So we ordered our food and after waiting 45 minutes the waitress comes out and tells us she sorry but they gave our food somebody else and its going to be another 15 minute wait for our food so at this point we ask to speak to the manager so see if are getting any accommodations on our order for waiting 1 hour and 15 minutes for 20 wings and Philly cheese steak sandwich and 2 orders of tatar tots now the food comes out just ask she is walking up im ask

Ordered boneless wings they were super DRY & tough. Server didn’t tell me that the jerk was dry rub ( would have been helpful to know) it was terrible tasted like Italian seasoning.The fries were cold. My friend ordered shrimp.. they were under cooked & drenched in bbq sauce. She said she fires were hard. Took about 20 minutes for the server to come. Place wasn’t crowded at all just a Wednesday afternoon. Highly disappointed & would not recommend!

Walked in and got a seat, we sat there for over 10 min without a server coming up. Restaurant was slow and servers were busy talking to each other and not taking care of customers. Walked out before we got food
