The very first course, the Dahi Puri, is one of the best dishes I've eaten in my life. A symphony of flavors, presenting themselves one by one and then in combination. Absolute bliss.

Excellent food, excellent service. My India-raised mom loved the food and NA pairings, and I loved the food and wine pairings. We all felt very welcome, I’ve been to some great Indian restaurants on the UK that are at this level but this is my first in the US. I highly recommend Indienne.
From the first bite, I knew this would be a 10/10. It felt like the episode 'Forks' from the Bear. The staff clearly cared about the food, experience, and customers. The food was 2nd to none.

Service is attentive, friendly, fun, and professional, with staff describing dishes. This was the best dining experience of my life. The food was innovative and bursting with flavor. The service was top notch. The manager obliged our request for pictures. This is fine dining done perfectly. Michelin Star Indian inspired vegan or vegetarian tasting menu. Each dish bursting with flavor in a rational progression with surprises and delights along the way. The wine service was spectacular.
