We come here almost every time we come to Chicago. Always great service. The staff seem to have great teamwork especially the kitchen staff. It runs very well and food is always great!
Food wasn't the greatest and they didn't have all the options at this location like we do down in Florida. Service was really slow, staff seemed like they would rather stand around together chatting away instead of checking to see if food was ready or why it was taking so long. The jukebox didn't have much selection of music to pick from. It definitely had alot of Justin Bieber though, if you like his music. Lol
nice and the food was great, which I truly appreciated as I was out celebrating myself. However, I did run into an issue that put a damper on the experience. I arrived at 2:50 p.m. hoping to take advantage of the 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. lunch special. After waiting about 5–6 minutes for a hostess with no one greeting me, I realized time was running out.
