I do not often write reviews however I compelled to do so because Osteria Langhe is such a great place. We went there a few weeks ago and loved it so much we went back again to try more of the menu. Everything we had was great - appetizers, entrees , salad and dessert . Favorites include the ragu and risotto . But honestly everything we had and the couples we went with were great. This is my new favorite place and will be going back again soon .
Excellent service, outstanding food, and fantastic drinks and wines. The servers are knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to the amount of food to order and a good glass of wine to complement the dishes.
We were in Piedmont this past summer and Osteria Langhe brought us right back there. The food, wine and service were all excellent. I had the 4 course pre fixe tasting menu and it was amazing. We fell in love with vitello tonnato in Northern Italy and this was so similar. Owner Aldo was gracious and even helped me with my limited Italian. We will definitely visit again the next time we are in Chicago.
