For being a hospital location.. they did their best to make it feel like a regular Panera Location. My food was good (as expected) and the service was fast & friendly. I got just what I wanted from my experience here.I give it 5⭐️Jerry (the pigeon) gives it 5.5⭐️
I had to stay near Northwestern hospital for my daughters major surgery. I was hungry so went to Panera and decided to get a pizza flat bread margarita pizza. It was so good, nice and warm. The service lady was very busy as it was late but still got my food. I would recommend Panera anytime.
We had the pleasure of meeting Eva at this Panera inside Northwestern hospital in Chicago. Amongst the other wave of subpar employees, she was the shining star, Eva. Was she the fastest, nope.
