We used to love going to Parson every week!!!. It was a great place to eat good food relatively fast and kid friendly. Now, with the removal of the picnic tables and ping pong machines, it’s not longer kid friendly. Seems like they are trying to keep families away. We will miss what Parson’s used to be for my family and friends.

Whoever thought removing the pinball machines and replacing the picnic tables with high tops in the back: BAD IDEA. Very bad. You’re gonna make a lot of customers unhappy, particularly those with kids.

Everyone is incredible and I have never had a bad experience. It’s clear they have high standards when it comes to hiring; as each time we are served by someone with friendliness, knowledge, and patience. Matt and Gabby are both amazing at running the place while also serving, food-running, snd bartending. Andrew, Noah, and Deshon are also always a pleasure to work with. I have been coming here for years as my go to spot and it’s EASILY the staff who make it a great place to be. Family friendly as well. Food is always 10/10.

Really delicious food, great drinks, and a fun vibe! We were able to sit comfortably as a party of 9 and we didn't wait that long for the food, especially given how crowded it was on a Friday night. I would return for the slushy cocktails alone. Hush puppies with ham/bacon were also incredible. I'm from the south and was very impressed.

My wife and I just had our wedding party at Parsons and everything was absolutely perfect, we couldn’t have asked for a better evening!! The food, drinks, décor and overall vibe were perfect for us. It’s obviously less formal, but filled with personality and just a great time overall. The indoor/outdoor setup was perfect for a summer wedding, especially with the garage doors up. People could dance inside, hangout at the picnic tables outside, grab drinks everywhere and feel included and part of the fun.

The entire Parson’s team was spectacular throughout the entire process. HUUUUGE shoutout to Crystal, the events coordinator, who was incredible to work with. She graciously showing us around, helped us with the décor elements, guided us through the menu process and worked to ensure the wedding day went smoothly and came out exactly how we envisioned. Truly the entire Parson’s team/staff was awesome! Multiple guests mentioned how attentive and amazing the service was that evening, and how cool and fun the wedding party was. 10/10 event. Would get married there again if we could!!

Food was alright, service was ok, seemed like they were short staffed as our table and other tables were constantly looking around to find their waiter/waitress. Largest complaint was the atmosphere, it’s 90 degrees out and humid and they had the garage doors open. It was just as hot outside as it was inside. Nobody likes eating and socializing while sweating badly and other tables were experiencing the same thing which made it very uncomfortable. Even the staff were trying to fan themselves to cool off. Would recommend they just shut the doors on very hot days and have the AC going as also babies/children are inside as well.

The service was horrible. After being seated we had to wait 20 minutes and ask the host two times for our server to come to our table. I saw a trio of friends come in after us and were served and eating before we were able to put our orders in. After placing our order with our server he never checked on us, never got refills unless we called for him, and he never brought us our food. We saw our food sitting in the kitchen window for 10 minutes before another server finally brought it out for us. It didn’t seem that busy either It’s like they forgot about the customers inside the building. We even saw another table of guys ask the host to send the server over to their table to order too after having waiting 10-15 minutes after being seated. ridiculous!!
