I don’t know how to describe these things, but this was a second order because, damn. They are listed as liquid olives and that is what they are. You put the thing between the roof of your mouth and tongue and just squeeze. And they explode into salty olive heaven, no need to chew. So good, we ordered seconds. Also had some oysters and pig ears that I would recommend. This is a Chef José Andrés place and wow. Not only is he providing food relief around the world with his World...
My friend and I came here for happy hour and we love the place. The vibe is adorable with pigs decor is everywhere and pink is their main color. For drinks we had the old fashion and the gopalito, both are delicious. For food i tried the pork belly slider and it has the perfect balance of crispy and soft, rich pork flavor offset by the pickle. I’d definitely come back to try more of their menu.
Wonderful atmosphere but very poor service at happy hour. Also the food was pretty bad. I only recommend coming later in night and trying the aromatic cocktail and skipping the food.
