Pizza Hut in Chicago

“Elsa was amazing and so patient with me. I was using the app for the first time and couldn’t figure things out, Elsa assisted me with pleasure. she helped me understand how to edit/remove and add items. I truly appreciated it because I wasn’t feeling my best. Elsa was professional, kind and so friendly, that goes along way nowadays. Her customer service will definitely have me returning to this location and recommending it to my staff, family and friends. Thanks Elsa

“Generally everyone there has always been nice. And idk what it is, but the express breadsticks are better than the ones from the actual restaurant. Sometimes you have to awkwardly wait for someone to come back around and notice you but they often share staff with the Starbucks, so I get it“

“When I walked in the young lady stopped what she was doing and came to the counter and greeted me right away with a beautiful smile and I was very patient and pleasant and answered all my questions with no hesitation so then let me know that she was very experienced with her job and she liked it enjoyed “

“This pizza hut is the closet to me since the one on Lincoln close down. I had to drive out. Pizza was great and nice staff. Pizza tasted freshly made. Area was not great... people do not know how to drive. Their lot is Only right turns in exit and people weren't following that simple sign. Parking lot was dirty. I wish this restaurant would deliver to North Center area.“

“I ordered a pizza and soda to be delivered for a friend in Chicago (I live in Florida). DoorDash picked up the order for delivery. I stated in the instructions that my friend was disabled and needed to call her upon arrival (I left her number in the instructions). The delivery driver did not follow the instructions. Instead he called me, in Florida. I informed him to call the number in the instructions. He seemed to not understand what I was saying. At this point, I realized that he did not speak english and probably was unable to read english (probably explains why he called me instead of my friend). So she didn't receive the $30 worth of food. I called DoorDash and they refunded the amount, not directly to my debit card but to the Pizza Hut in which I placed the order. After receiving that information, I called the Pizza Hut. I spoke with the general manager, Tunisha, store #042561. She attempted to refund my money but the computer was rejected my debit card. So she contacted a Pizza Hut in Florida to see if they would honor the refund. They refused to do so. So after about a week of Ms. Tunisha's patience and diligence, she figured out how to refund the money to a different debit card. This young lady demonstrated the true meaning of customer service and professionalism. She went above and beyond while keeping a calm and patient manner. I thank you because it's not about the money but more so about the experience. Thank you Ms. Tunisha“

“Very good and fast service, variety to choose what you like most, good atmosphere, I recommend it.

Parking: The parking lot is very well located with good access and plenty of space.

Kid-friendliness: There are special chairs for younger children and a good-sized television to entertain them while your order comes out.

Wheelchair accessibility: If there is adequate wheelchair access from the parking lot.“

“Haven't been to a pizza hut in over 20yrs! I was quite surprised due to some of the negative views. My pick up time was 10:30am .ordered on line. The staff were very friendly and they have a New manager, Ms.T. very nice and friendly the only negative thing I could say it had a little too much sauce around the edges and it was brunt a little bit around the edges as well. I did request lite sauce, should have said little to no sauce. And don't brunt edges. But I should have added a comment a pond ordering. ( my fault) but it was good! Got my free cinnamon sticks for my birthday! I will return!“

“This pizza place is amazing. All of these reviews talking about they delivered or that they called the order ahead of time are lying. This pizza hut is not your traditional pizza hut. I strongly advise getting their popcorn it's amazing. :)“

“I ordered online and the pizza was ready on time. This was my first time at this location, I was confused at the location from the outside, it has Pizza Hut and Wingstop. Fast service and the worker was nice. FYI a Large size seems more like a Medium.“

“We ordered some food to our hotel room downtown and were very satisfied with the delivery time. The food was a tiny bit cold but it was packaged relatively well. Had some drinks with it so my rating may be slightly inaccurate as I was already lit before consuming the pizza and also this was on May 12th 2022“

“When I arrived they were open on Easter and I was so grateful because I live in the shelter and the food is not so great and all the stores was closing I was able to get a pizza and some wings at a great price pizza hut has alot of promotions“
