Dayummmmm that places food is amazing picked up a order for a friend and we drove from Ohio to Chicago to get it and we ate while waiting it was absolutely clean and the food was delicious 🤤
Their food is wonderful. Their pickup service is not. They never give us ice in our drinks (just give us an empty cup!), and they consistently forget items. This is not the first or second, or even third time. Otherwise I would not be making a review.
Additionally, their app has no way to tell them we did not get an item. By the time we get home, this is our only way to tell them. It is very frustrating.

The flavor is very rich. This new branch is much better, more space and much better service.
Parking: There are enough spaces, I have gone at all hours and there are always places available..
