I ordered 6 Garlic Parmesan wings. I liked the crispiness, but the chicken meat didn’t taste very fresh and had a slight aftertaste. My friends ordered sandwiches and said they were tasty. They also have sides like mashed potatoes, Cajun fries, red beans & rice, and biscuits. The service was fast and friendly.
The Popeyes location on Fullerton & Damen typically provides good service when I purchase food, but when I asked for a cup of water, I was told they don't give cups for water to anyone. Most restaurants offer courtesy cups for water, but this location seems to require a purchase.
I ordered online and my order was ready when I arrived. It had my sauce, which I forgot to check for when I picked up my order. The restaurant was clean, but my order was to go. And they gave more than one napkin. Wings with sauces can be messy.
