Horrible delivery service. Excessively long delivery time for a sandwich shop (1 hour). A "hot" sandwich that was made an hour ago isn't so great by the time you get it. My order was also missing items AND the items that I did receive were either incorrect or poorly prepared. A bad experience for my first time trying Potbelly.

I want to really thank Oscar for going that extra mile. Customer service was excellent and after haven to come up there because my order was wrong I swear I left out forgetting what I was angry for. That’s CUSTOMER SERVICE BEYOND ANY EXPERIENCE IVE HAD DEALING WITH ANY FAST FOOD RESTAURANT HONESTLY.

It took over 15 minutes for me to get my sandwich and there were not that many customers in the store. Additionally my sandwich was made incorrectly after waiting 5 minutes for the toppings to get put on. Worst potbelly in the city.

This is literally the worst Potbelly in Chicago. The restaurant is usually unclean, messy. The employees are unprofessional, often rude. The manager can not uphold an entire otherwise team. I always have an issue with my order -- rarely do I visit here leaving satisfied. They're serving cups of soup in bowls. Cheating customers.

I went in tonight and ordered 3 milkshakes the nasty attitude lady with the green and black braids was extremely rude and nasty cursing and saying she wasn’t making no more milkshakes and someone better switch with her cause “they” pissing me off. Then stopping every 5mins to check on her son who was on the other side. I’ve never seen customer service like this in my life

Super pathetic. They have a job fair today and it's super unorganized. They tell the applicants without even interviewing them. If you don't have 6 months experience don't even enter. Since when did fast food restaurants stop training first time applicants? They are a waste of time.

The workers come off very rude they talking on the phone with AirPods in their eat while taking your order. You have to repeat yourself over and because they don’t pay attention to you. The attitudes they give you is ridiculous like your bothering them is crazy and your paying your your money in the place. I mean if you don’t like where you work or don’t want to work the holidays stay home. I thought if was just me but it happen right in front of my eyes to another person. I would not recommend coming here at least not at night I was there around 6:25 pm 12/24.
The food and service was great. The chicken pot pie soup is always delicious. Stop by and try it out.

I don’t know the black guys name that was working tonight and making the sandwiches but he alwaysss gets the toppings wrong AND barely put toppings on there! Even when I repeat myself 3 times! Whenever he’s not working my order comes out perfect.

By far the worst location I’ve been to. The wait was extremely exhausting about 25-30 minutes. The worst customer service and under staffed. Was told I couldn’t place an order for a shake because it’s only “two of them “ there. Not friendly at all I went for dinner on 11/18/23 ! I won’t return to this location and the food wasn’t good to top it off ? highly disappointed!

I waited less than three minutes for my pick up order. The grilled chicken sandwich was delicious.Dietary restrictions: When people order on Grubhub, they have an option to customize sandwiches and omit ingredients, such as cheese or mayo.

The place cannot be compared to years ago. Dirty place, floors, chairs, tables, bathrooms, soda fountain, completely dirty. The pardonal completely different, quite slow and lazy. They do not cut the sandiwch as their advertising shows and they give you the sandiwth of other customers.Second chance. I was there October 29th again to get a sandwich. The two black ladies were like Hyenas, super aggressive and the dirty looks they gave me and the arguments no sense what they say…just asking if someone can help me?They don’t have ethics to be attended people. They are wild “people “
