personally found the service very slow, especially since there wasn't a big line in the store, the staff were all loudly talking to each other the entire time so it almost felt like I was intruding on a friend groups convo by being there, I also found the sandwich to be kinda stale and have pretty minimal portions, if you are in the mood for a good sub the jimmy johns is like a 5 minutes walk and theyre super quick
They honestly do a lot of what they want up there. My sandwiches never taste right & like how other locations make it. Or they get the order wrong, never a good experience. I would say this is the worst potbelly I’ve been to. As a potbelly member I’m very disappointed & tired of contacting corporate.
