Genuinely very good pizza, but the service is terrible. We ordered a pizza to be ready by 3:09 PM, and when we showed up at 3:27, the only guy working the store was just then throwing the pizzas into the oven. We were the only carry out ticket on the line and no one else was in the location, so as far as I can tell, there wasn’t any reason for the pizzas to not be ready. This isn’t the first time that I’ve had an issue with an order, so I’m not sure if we’ll order again in the future despite how good the food is.

We were walking by and saw the place wasnt busy so we decided to spontaneously walk in and eat dinner. Food was great, staff was great.
We have lived in chicago but never really had a favorite pizza place (we liked roots but the one in LP closed a few years ago). This is now are new go-to pizza place.

The food was great and the service went waaay above and beyond to take care of me as a customer!
Tried to order delivery and grub hub falsely canceled my order, so I was about to have to pay for an unnecessary pizza. I called the store, and the owner hand delivered both pizzas to me at no cost, and took care of the rest.
He absolutely didn't have to do that, and I'd be a diehard customer here if I lived in the area because the pizza was great too!
