Publican Tavern Reviews
I'm traveling for work, just landed in Chicago, went to go to the USO, and was told, as a veteran having had deployed to Iraq, that I am not allowed in the USO by some civilian. That's wild.
Guy said he needed DoD id, then I pointed to where my member ID was. He said not good enough and told me I had to leave.
I've gone to a lot of USO's and never been turned away as a vet.
It is centrally located and easy to navigate. I love the recent improvements. BUT, the lack of charging stations for cell phones, etc. is frustrating. Outlets throughout gate seating do not work. Also, the drinking water is terrible! Tastes and smells of chlorine. I hope these will be upgraded soon!
do I really have to write something about the taxi times? SMDH

The Publican Tavern is a reliable spot for a satisfying meal, particularly for breakfast. The restaurant offers a full and varied breakfast menu, with dishes cooked to perfection in a wood oven. The food is consistently good, with standouts like the salmon plate with lentils. Even airport travelers can take advantage of the quick service and convenient location at Terminal 3 of O'Hare airport.
The Publican Tavern is a dining establishment in the Chicago O'Hare airport featuring locally grown organic food, such as sandwiches, soups, and salads. The menu includes options like the smoked turkey sandwich and the Pub Burger, which are enjoyed by customers. While the atmosphere and food quality are above average for an airport restaurant, the service can be mixed.
