I dined in at the downtown Cane’s. The food was okay but a little cold because it had been sitting there without anyone calling out my order — they forgot to grab it. I had to wait about 15 minutes, which felt too long. It was a little embarrassing, and I was upset with the service. At least one nice staff member helped me with my order and even cleaned up for me, which made it better. The place was busy and a bit noisy, but that’s normal for downtown.
Great Vibes! Fresh food, consistently delicious! Great location! Plenty to do nearby. Prices are a little higher than the suburban locations. Plenty of staff so you won't wait long for your meal.
It was a cool little vibe in there. I came for what I came for. I’m given them four stars because the people working there were great, but I would prefer my chicken to be fried extra crispy, and I did ask for no ice and there was ice in my drink, so a deduction one star for accuracy.
