This is the only place I get my Indian food since 2013, favorites are the butter chicken, with extra rice!
And they have jaritos to drink!
Interesting mix of southern and Indian food. I expected there to be fusion food, but it's more that they have two separate menus with each. The lamb curry was fantastic. The chickpeas and rice were also very tasty. The samosa and roti were good dipped in the curries. for the southern food, the fried chicken and cornbread were good but fairly standard. the mac and cheese surprised me as being my favorite.
the staff were friendly and the food (cafeteria style) was served instantly. i would definitely recommend it and i will be back.

Delicious and flavorful Indian dishes with great combo options that include meat, warm Indian bread, and a side. Everything tasted fresh and authentic. Just note that they do not have restrooms.

I went there twice the first time by myself and the second time with a friend. Both times the food was not good. The guy taking orders was also very unfriendly; he looked like a very miserable human being. When you own a business, you should be friendly to your customers.
I will never go back there and would not recommend it to anyone. The food is definitely not fresh it seemed like leftovers from the previous day.
I had the chicken curry, collard greens and sweet potatoes. It was delicious and the staff friendly and responsive. The cornbread was sweet, true to the New Orleans style, but not nearly as good as the savory buttermilk cornbread you get in Georgia and Alabama.
Food is not very flavorful and it’s not so much a fusion restaurant just a restaurant that serves two cuisines without them really interacting. Fried chicken was probably the best thing, very juicy.

I recently visited Rajun Cajun in Chicago and was disappointed by how I was treated as an Indian customer. It felt like there was a noticeable difference in how people of color, particularly those who are Black or Brown, were treated compared to others. This was deeply disheartening and made me feel unwelcome. The food also did not meet expectations in terms of authenticity or value. I hope the management seriously reflects on this and strives to treat all customers with equal respect and dignity.

Lamb curry was excellent. Butter chicken was a close second. The best samosas I’ve ever had. Surprisingly good Mac and cheese. Owner Nesh is a pretty funny guy too.

The food is to die for, i love it. Plus it is the only decent indian spot near me. I stocked up for the week. The lady that owns it is so friendly and always has a smile for me. Makes me feel welcome.

My family and I haven’t been here since 2019! We revisited today and we were happy to see the same people there with the same tasty recipe! The Father of the restaurant informed us that they’ve been there for 32 years! We love this place! Thank you for serving our neighborhood for so many years!

They know and greet me when I come in. I love that! I love their eggplant and potatoes curry. My favorites are butter chicken and the peach cobbler
