I am not a Ramen connoisseur by any means however I know what tastes good to me. I had the Chicken Paitan and it was delicious. Some of the qualities a creamy broth that was flavored wonderfully, veggies with a crunch, along with flavored protein pieces. Yummy. I will be back!

Awesome bar and bartender Even better food. The place is small and a tad cramped but that doesn't change the fact that the food is amazing

The fried chicken Bao buns are also a highlight, with crispy meat and soft, melt-in-your-mouth buns. The service is friendly and pretty quick. They have a mix of ramen, rice bowls, steamed bao buns, and small plates. The Tokyo Classic Shoyu was quite delicious and satisfying, though the broth was too salty. The noodles were well-cooked though and had a nice texture. The pork belly char siu was extremely tender, fatty, and flavorful. The ingredients in the bowl were great overall and fresh. The food is always amazing. Ramen Takeya is a hip and trendy ramen spot. The space is small and cozy, and the vibes were casual.
