Visited here a few weeks ago and I did NOT disappoint!Got off my flight from SFO, checked in and booked it here before closing. Service was great!Ambiance - 5/5 - LOVE THE VIBE!! I am a sucker for ramen and noodles of any kind, tbh! After hearing so much about Ramen Takeya from so many of my friends, I KNEW I had to check it out for myself! To start off, the aesthetics of this restaurant are so incredible that you actually feel like you're sitting at a ramen place in Japan! Easily among my top five bowls of ramen ever. I kept it simple and went for old school comfort: the Tokyo shoyu ramen bowl, straight up. Great ramen is two things. First, the broth has to be on point. Ramen Takeya's is perfectly balanced. You get the rich saltiness of the shoyu and it's oh so savory. Second, it's all about the noods.
