This is the best, most authentic Ethiopian food ever!!! My parents lived in Ethiopia for a few years and say that the spices and Injera are spot on! Staff is very friendly and helpful if you don’t know what to order. We come here all the time and don’t think any other Ethiopian restaurant comes close to this good. Looks are deceiving; it’s so incredibly delicious.
What a wonderfully warm, and welcoming environment. Even before I sat down, just walking in to this restaurant envelopes you with a sense of warmth and serenity. Every server, all the personnel, have a smile on their faces - even with their masks on, the smile comes through. They already had me won over with their treatment for their patrons, however, it was their food that completely bamboozled me over.The injera is soft, has that distinct sourness to it, and is pillowy soft...
This is the absolutely best Ethiopian restaurant we've tried in the Midwest and we've tried them all (Chicago, St Louis, Indianapolis, Madison).
