Eddie is a fantastic server. He recommended menu items according to preferences, provided efficient, attentive, and friendly service. The food is very good. The crab cake was delicious and .Tuna No.8 was very good albeit heavy on the soy. I was told the chicken is delicious. They also provide reasonably priced options for Michigan Avenue. I will definitely return & request Eddie's section if available!
New simple salad with a slice of cornbread and a small piece of salmon on top was excellent. My husband had and loved the roast beef au jus sandwich. I was really disappointed in your web site and the waitress. We thought we were coming for happy hour after a play. We assumed it would only be valid in the bar area which is not unusual. Since we were coming in for a full meal we wanted to sit at a table but we had no problem with the bar area. Unfortunately in order to benefit from happy hour you need to be sitting in a bar stool. I would think you were discouraging people from ordering dinner. The waitress seemed very put off...
