Our meal was delicious! The food and drink were beautifully prepared/presented. The one issue was that our used appetizer plates remained on our table for too long. Our entrees arrived and there was no place to put them. We will return for sure. regardless.
Second time trying out this West Loop Italian restaurant. Pretty large menu in comparison to the similar options in the neighborhood. Got there late so it was not crowded, but still fairly loud due to the proximity to the train right outside. We had a tagliatelle dish, risotto, and gnocchi with gorgonzola for the entrees. All were done well, not amazing, but solid. The only disappointment was the caprese appetizer, the tomatoes were not good, although it could just be too early...
We make a point to come here every year when visiting, sometimes hopefully a few times a year. Delicious food, wonderful value and amazing staff every time. A bit sad that usually we are one of a few tables in the place as we have had some of our best date nights in the space and ambiance. Wonderful vibe, this is one that you actually wish people would catch on to!
