Two of us went for dinner on September 6th, 2020. The restaurant was not crowded and everyone was wearing masks. The issues we had were that the waiter left our table before we finished ordering, and we both had to call him back to finish taking our order. One of the items we ordered was never given to us. The lobster tail that was ordered was charred and dry. We sent it back, and a non-burned one was brought to us. Over all the food and drinks were fair at best. The waiter comped us for the over-cooked lobster, and I still left him a $40 tip. 3 days later, my bank statement shows $100 over the bill being processed which is not what the credit card statement I signed shows. I will be contacting my bank regarding a charge back for the $100 difference. I will not go back there again, and I cannot honestly recommend them.

BEING WITH MY DAUGHTER &AND ONE OF MY BEST FRIEND FOR 11YEARS AND COUNTING. THE SERVER AMD ALL THE STAFF WAS WONDERFUL AND SITTING AT AN TABLE WITH ALL CLEAN WHITE LINENS AND AN BEAUTIFUL OCEAN VIEW WITH BEAUTIFUL DISHES SERVE IT WAS WORTH EVERY $$$$$$$$. ?????

Our server, Rosa, did not seem to care about us at all. She was short and flippant with us, and once she took our order we saw her maybe 3 more times the whole night. She did not bring us any of our food or even our check, she offered us no water refills (both were empty), she barely stopped when she asked how our food was before racing off to other tables. Note - it was not busy at all and there were at least 5 other workers with her. Additionally, my "special" Alaskan Halibut was so bland and tasteless that I had to ask for salt and pepper to give it some kind of flavor. The brussels sprouts were the best part. My husband said his lobster roll dinner was good so thankfully there was one good thing. Honestly I was very shocked at how poorly we were treated at a "nice" restaurant while we watched our same server go give fully attentive service to her other tables. Ruined our date night and I would not reccomend to anyone.

Because of COVID-19, we decided to have lunch outdoors.Ramone, was our server.. Ramone was great and he provided excellent service. We later came back for dinner and was greeted by another server named Neal who was also great. I'm so sorry to hear this place will be closing until next Spring. We will be back when this place reopens.
Came out to have dinner and drinks. Love the food the view was wonderful. The service phenomenal extra careful due to COVID Seating was spread out probably and everything was clean.

Beautiful view overlooking Lake Michigan. Ate outside and was happy with the detailed infection prevention focus. Seafood salad was large and full of great sea food! The Brussels sprouts were delicious!

Waitstaff very challenged; two nearby tables had similar orders switched - both had to wait while kitchen accomplished do-over. Visit late last year was fabulous experience. Surmise part-time staff and limited hours make things rocky.
The food was phenomenal!! The service exceptional. The window seat view was so spectacular that God confirmed it by presenting us with a rainbow filled sky.

Best fish sea food I have ever tasted!!! Very nice clean restraunt. Friendly staff? If I could give this place 10 stars I would. Good size food portions, not too much not too little. Highly Recommending!!!

The food was delicious, and the view was amazing! We sat on the second floor next to the windows that overlook the lake facing south. The service was very professional and attentive. The restaurant even has two ornate sinks in the middle of the restaurant to make it convenient for patrons to wash their hands!

Average food, Service is poor. Only the view is nice for Navy Pier.It felt more like a fast food place rather than a restaurant.Sea food is very average, dont order steaks, very bad and chewy
