Saint's Alp Teahouse offers great value for Hong Kong-style Western cuisine. Two dishes cost around $40 without tips, and you can easily get full with 2-3 dishes. The restaurant has convenient parking with validation available at $2 for 3 hours. The Stir-fried Black Goat and Salted Fish and Tofu Pot are highly recommended, with the former being delicious and not overpowering, and the latter having tender tofu and a comforting flavor. However, the Crispy Salted Chicken is quite ordinary and not recommended. The food is always a hit, the service is sweet, and the atmosphere is comfortable, with a small but clean space.
