Had a strawberry milkshake too watery. The only way it gets thick by adding long whip cream

Wouldn't recommend the Dragons Breadth Cereal. It doesn't taste that good and the liquid nitrogen breadth doesn't last very long, you need to eat it within a minute.

We went here after the Navy Pier Ferris Wheel ride.
The place looks decent and has about 20 different types of shaved ice, bobas, macaroons, mochi ice cream, etc.
I got the Tiramisu shave ice. It was good and came with a marshmallow and chocolate topping with a chocolate syrup drizzle. Decent item.

Was very disappointed to see the person assembling our ice cream sandwiches without gloves on, touching the macaroon cookies with bare hands. When I asked about it, not sure what I was expecting, maybe admittance of a mistake or something, but they straight up lied. They said they had gloves on. The person who seemed in charge backed them up saying he just threw the gloves away, when it was not true, the three of us watched the person preparing the ice cream sandwiches without gloves on. Then they proceded to say that gloves are not necessary for handling ice cream, only for cookies, a made up concept (I have a food handlers cert). Boxes of gloves were above the work table, so I'm not sure why they weren't used.
I did not like this one bit, felt very uncomfortable, and decided not to accept the sandwiches and asked for a refund.
I've been here before and loved the ice cream, that's why I was here again, but this kind of unhinged behavior made me return my order and never want to come back.

The staff does now wear gloves while handling food and then lies about it when confronted

Was in navy pier and rlly wanted frozen yogurt when i went to snow dragon shavery there was no froyo station or froyo. Their pictures were fake and very disappointing.
Over priced for a cup of cereal that was frozen plus the owner has a credit card machine that charged me for a tip I never left or okayed when I ran my card. I never got a tip screen but suddenly a $9.00 cup of dragon breath was $12 (tax plus tip I never gave). When I asked the guy about it he said I must have touched it. I never touched it, it never even showed the tip screen, all I did was hold my card above it like at 1000 other venders. I asked for a receipt and saw the $2.00 tip I never gave added to the price. He’s a cheat and tried to tell me it never happened before even though he had an explanation the second I mentioned it and it was immediately my fault. Won’t buy from this overpriced, dishonest vender again. Not worth it.

Tried to buy gelato and was told they have none. It’s on the menu…
Ever since the one in Evanston closed, I was SO sad I couldn't go get shaved snow anymore! It's really nice to be able to get some here. I'm sad they don't have condensed milk anymore, because apparently everyone was too weird about it, which is ridiculous! I don't hold it against the shop. Wish people would be more adventurous with their dessert. The taro flavor still tasted great just like the old shop in Evanston. Mochi was delicious as usual!

The product was good. I like how straightforward the owner is with the customer. Some may find him rude and unfriendly, but that's not the case.

Time consuming, unprofessional, they assembled my ice cream so badly that half of it fell to the floor after the first lick. I went to tell them it had fallen, the cashier told me to call the cleaning staff. There were 6 people inside doing nothing. A lack of education, of preparation that I truly believe will not go far.
Being located in the Food Court at the Navy Pier is probably the only reason this place is still in business. While the Menu is filled with awesome options, the quality of the ingredients is subpar, the prices are exorbitant for such quality, the manager/owner? is straight up rude and unfriendly to customers/staff and they don't have much for dairy free alternatives. I ordered the Macaron Superman Ice Cream Sandwich which my daughter of course loved but I won't be back.

This place is located in the heart of Navy Pier's food court. I did not like the shaved ice here. It had no good taste. The mango shaved ice was alright but the Tiramisu shaved ice just tasted like chocolate water. My buddy was also not fond of his horchata bubble tea, I think it was made with just cheap syrup.

I ordered the nitro cereal puff balls( forgot the name) and it was hard as if the cereal was left open for a long time. Haven’t tried the rest of the menu but I’m not oppose to trying other items on the menu. Might stop by if I am in Navy Pier. I look more for food than dessert when I’m here.
