If you work in one of the office buildings on S. Wacker Drive, this Starbucks location is a good alternative to the one in Willis Tower because it is less crowded and you can pretty much get in and out relatively quickly. This location is also small and narrow with no seating at all. The staff have seemed friendly on my visits and efficient.
Had the best Starbucks experience! Got lost my first time trying to find my job downtown, the lady directed me and when i came back at the end of my shift she even remembered me and asked how my day was. They made the most perfect latte and their red velvet loaf was delicious!Thank you to the staff on 1/17

One of the worst Starbucks downtown. I don’t normally do reviews but this had to be done . I ordered a hot chocolate they tried to give me a half cup like I wouldn’t notice . I ordered a breakfast sandwich with no cheese and they decided to take my meat off .
