I had a simple doctor’s appointment at 259 E Erie with a family doctor and LSW from outer space. I could not get a cab out of that building. There is absolutely NO service in that high rise. But at Starbucks next door as crowded as it is you get a Chai latte or a cup of dark roast as you lick your wounds from being treated like a retarded personality. We went there at 7:55pm and my father really wanted a double a espresso. They assisted us even though they were about to close and as I saw from outside the employees still had a smile on their face. Great costumer service. Thank you
