Every morning I buy coffee at Starbucks. The Starbucks employees are rarely friendly. And I want to note that I always buy coffee at the same Starbucks, a standard large cup to go, and they always made it well, with the correct proportions. Today I also bought a large cup of coffee, but the volume doesn't match the size. I often notice that the employees don't add enough espresso or milk. The team at this Starbucks Coffee Company is truly incredible. Everyone is super kind, and they clearly care about their customers. The staff is professional, great at conflict resolution, time management, teamwork, and communication. The store is clean and welcoming. Many employees are attentive and hardworking. One employee was super knowledgeable about the menu, very friendly, and enthusiastic about suggesting a new drink to try, which had a sugar cookie flavor and cinnamon like a snickerdoodle. Another employee surprised a customer by remaking a white chocolate mocha hot instead of iced, and included them in a coffee tasting. This act of kindness made the customer feel less alone and that their feelings mattered. The store also has a lot of tumblers, coffee cups, and water bottles for sale, including a big clearance section. One barista with bleached ends paid close attention to detail, noticing and remaking a wrong cold foam for a venti pink drink with light ice and extra non dairy strawberry cream cold foam in a trenta cup. The drink was so delicious it was gone in less than ten minutes.
