If you want to overpay for experience where bunch of Karens making you a coffee with attitude , this is the right place! Shoutout to the manager i never saw crew this bad

I stopped for some food at 11 AM. There was literally 60-70% of the menu that was not present. Starbucks let me place a mobile order for the items on their app and then denied that they don't have the items when I came to pickup. I didn't expect this service from Starbucks, a place regarded worldwide.

Took way too long for a mocha cookie. We waited 20 minutes for our order when people who ordered way after us got theirs first and then when we asked what was up bad attitude.

Only Interacted With 2 out of 3 of the workers, but the third one seemed to also have an attitude, asked for drink a certain way, they didn’t make it correct twice, the worker was throwing cups around and didn’t say a word, petty, should work in a warehouse. Don’t deal with the public. I threw the $9 drink away. What a horrible staff. I should have taken a video.
When I went there, the lady made my drink wrong at first. Which is OK she was going to make another one, but then she asked if she could just switch the cup….? I was in a rush, so I just let it happen and while the lady was making my second drink, she spilled the cold bowl everywhere and got her fingers on my drink. It was kind of nasty. I mean I understand they were kind of rushing and it was just two teens working. But if you’re gonna work their, please know what ur doing🤦♀️

The girls here are always rude; there is a male that works there that is incredibly kind though. It is not a matter of how busy the store is because I've gone during dead days, and I'm still treated with attitude even if I'm being polite. They definitely drive customers away.

My two friends and I stopped here while we were on a trip and the absolute attitude of two of the female mexican workers was absolutely insane. My two friends are guys, and don’t drink coffee often so, yes they did take awhile to decide what they wanted, but they did step out of the way so other customers can step up and order. When I went up to order the barista berated me for not knowing this one thing was out of season. My bad that I don’t work at Starbucks and memorize the seasonal items. When my two friends order, the two females refused to make their drinks while they handed out everyone else’s drinks. Eventually the one male barista was like “Oh are you two waiting” and they both said “Yes, for the past 10-15 minutes”. He was the only one that apologized for his coworkers actions alongside of the fact he had to tell his coworkers that they need to quit the attitude. Oh, and to top it off they were talking crap about us in spanish, but jokes on them because my one friend is fluent.
