It was really good! The line was a little long but Geez, it was very overpriced. A cake pop cost the same amount of my actual meal and it felt like a waste of money. Yet, it was really good. The cake pop was also very big and the drinks were very good according to my friends.

This Starbucks by far sucks , don't waste your money paying for this overpriced stuff. The workers suck, it seems like the boss just doesn't care about his store. Retrain staff and get a different boss

This is the worst Starbucks I ever went to every employee that was working in afternoon had the nastiest attitude. The manager was completely rude and unprofessional. I am completely disappointed in this location and the people working there. How could you let this go for so long?

It's so unfriendly.
The cashier didn't even give me a number or guide me when my drinks were served.
Racist overtones
There was no guidance so I couldn't find my drink so I asked and he tapped it with his finger.
I asked for whipped cream on top, but it was omitted.
I was so angry that I felt like I was going to throw my drink on the spot, but I held back.
I will never visit here again.
Starbucks headquarters needs to manage this store.

Stopped for a couple of hot beverages. There was a long line, and not enough workers. The staff were friendly, and doing their very best to keep up. The drinks were made exactly as ordered.

The lady who served me my chai tea latte wa sthe worst. I ordered for 2 chai tea latte (one with less syrup, cause my mom cannot have too sweet). She gave me 2 chai tea latte, I simply ask which one has less syrup. She replied “ Check the sticker”. I cheked the sticker, i again could not figure out so ask her again. She started backbiting abt me to other colleagues. I felt thats so rude . Am I worst customer just to ask her to help me differentiate my drink.

Messy countertops with spilled coffe, slow service, they put splenda when I requested sugar. Didn't bother going back to request a new coffee

Stopped by to see if it is the worst SB and. Hate to say it but yes. This is a poor reflection on the SB brand. Broken biscotti for sale. Few if any lunch items in stock at lunch time. Those violate the basics for a SB franchise. Also no place to sit.

Worst Starbucks I’ve been to. Mathew and the women on Sunday evening do not do their job correctly. We repeatedly the order many times and they would interrupt. Do not come here!

I ordered online a grilled cheese sandwich, and the melon burst energy and cake pop.. I received my drink, and I asked the very unfriendly barista if I could have a small cup of water for my dog (I was paying customer. I was not somebody that just walked from outside. She was like no I have to charge you $.75 to a dollar.) 10 minutes later I’m still waiting for my grilled cheese sandwich and they were like three girls just sitting there doing nothing. Nobody asked me how I was doing or if I needed anything’s else .. standing there for like solid 15 minutes now and I asked if there is an ETA on the grilled cheese sandwich and an a unwelcoming girl super unfriendly she goes like (“we’re sold out on the grilled cheese sandwich “in a tone like it’s my fault I ordered online and they did not update their inventory ) .., you didn’t do an inventory check . I pre-ordered it online. I’ve been waiting for 15 minutes and you did not even write on, a paper it sold out please see the front cashier like other Starbucks do ..you had me waiting there until I felt like I was inconveniencing you..her name was Dani… Apparently they got pissed that I cut their conversation because they were gossiping and I asked him what’s the ETA on the grilled cheese sandwich and dani got pissed I interrupted the girls gossip !! Anyhow, they told me it’s OK. Just pick another sandwich and will warm it up for you as I told her OK. I want the basil and the tomato. She rolls her eyes and she’s like ugh I have to go and make her sandwich??? Excuse me ??, I literally walked to the desk told her to give me a refund for the sandwich. I don’t want her to make it anymore cause I feel like I was inconveniencing her and I don’t wanna wait for another 15 minutes…
**The fact that the world is boycotting Starbucks and you’re losing bunch of business and customers but there are people that are still willing to support your business and you’re treating them so bad!!!! I just don’t understand who trained the employees on customer service.!? And when somebody pays $18 for a drink and a sandwich, they shouldn’t be treated that way… there plenty places around that can go to the same exact things for less and nicer people!!!! Ex the target store near by has Starbucks in it …
My advice for the manager, please train Dani and the 3 chatty girls that were working today to Be kinder to customers and actually do their job ….Gossip can happen during their lunch break in the break room !! SMH they need to put customers first. And that’s also the general reviews of the people that have stopped by at the store if you can see your rating is so low.. I would love for the district manager to check the store cameras !!’

Don’t bother… just go to a specialty coffee shop and you’ll probably spend less than at this particularly overpriced Starbucks. The service leaves much to be desired, I had to greet the person at the register and even then they weren’t friendly. Then good luck navigating the card terminal out of tipping the pre-selected 25% tip!

Went for an espresso. I don't know what I got but wasn't an espresso. Less than 10 seconds extraction. Enough said. Moreover the place was very dirty.

It's an over priced Starbucks but it's still a Starbucks. The only thing that makes a difference is the staff and the barista who helped me was great.

If I could leave 0 stats I would….this is worst starbucks I’ve ever been to in my life . Staff is so rude 2 Hispanic female very rude …Must be independently owned …WILL NOT BE BACK!!!!!
