There are 6 Starbucks Reserve Roastery - Milan, Shanghai, Tokyo Seattle, Chicago & New York. We visited the one in Chicago and experienced a siphon-coffee. Amazing. All the beans are fresh roasted.

A preferred place for delicious cafe food. Everyone at our table was very satisfied. The service was very helpful and observant. The bill was fair for the quality of food. Similar to a place in Denver I loved.

I normally don't review Starbucks but this one just had such a lovely atmosphere. For being inside a Target there's a bunch of little nooks to sit in and quietly work. The main area has big windows looking out on to the river and it just add to the already calming vibe of the place. My order came out quickly and was delicious!
