Service seemed alright but the place was packed at 4 pm on a Saturday. They probably should have picked a bigger space for this location.

I'm calling corporate because this Starbucks is a serious part of our community. You're greeted upon arrival and wished well upon leaving.
They manage their high volume days well and there's an awesome and diverse mix of people working there. The manager runs a solid operation!!! Come check it out.

This is now my second favorite Starbucks in Chicago. I don’t know the young lady name who served me Friday Oct 17 2025 between 5:50-6pm but she was outstanding. Very nice/respectful and pleasant I just wanted to tell her publicly…..THANK YOU!!! I’m judged a lot cause I don’t smile but she put a smile on my face.
