I’m not sure how to tell you this, but that Starbucks at Chicago Union Station is actually legit. The folks working there are legit. They’re legitimately nice and competent. The flat white they whipped up for me was legit. I’m a fan. Thanks crew at Union Station!
I was shocked to see this Starbucks at Union Station did not have an overall 5 stars. I come to the city for volunteer work and prob get coffee at this Starbucks about twice a month. Consistently the workers are happy and friendly and working hard. They work as a true team, especially when rushes come in when a train arrives. They have never gotten my order wrong.
