We had a minor mishap with an order and Ruben was so sweet! He went above and beyond in customer service and as a daily Starbucks drinker I have to say, I appreciated it so much! Thank you Ruben!!
Mobile orders are delivered timely. Orders are almost always accurate, but when there is an issue, the staff always courteously and promptly resolves it. Love the cute street signs that this location makes, props to the partner who crafts them!I hope the store considers reconstruction for their drive-through and parking lot. The people working here are just the nicest and most understanding people, especially Ruben! Location is top notch since it's fairly close walk to our home. I usually hang out to study and their playlist is great!
