Let me say I've been to a lot of Starbucks but I've never met someone as amazing as Wendy. She has some of the best customer service I have ever seen. She is very genuine and remembers all her customers. Everytime I sit in the cafe she's chatting with a different customer or offering recommendations. I've also seen a lot of rude customers and she's always handled them with grace. People need to be kinder to people in customer service. Great location.
