Today was the first time we going to that Starbucks and I have to say I was very disappointed. I ordered a chai latte and a cheese danish. The girl didn't even warm up my Danish and when I asked her to please do so she rolled her eyes at me and was upset because I was bothering her. I would never go here again. It's ridiculous that people treat you that way for no reason because they woke up on the wrong side of the bed. That's not great customer service

This Starbucks is me and my husband go-to spot on Tuesday and Thursday mornings. The barista who usually works those days always gets our drinks just right, no issues at all. My husband always orders a Salted Caramel Cream Cold Brew.

However, I stopped by on a Monday and noticed something was off. There was caramel drizzle on top, which seemed unusual, but I was running a bit late for work and didn’t have time to double-check. Later, I realized the drink was actually a Caramel Macchiato, not what I ordered.

Normally, the service is spot-on, but this visit was a little disappointing.

I had a disappointing experience at the Starbucks inside Mariano’s on Chicago Avenue this morning. The barista, Bella, didn’t even respond when I greeted her with a polite “good morning.” She seemed annoyed and uninterested in interacting with customers, making me feel like I was inconveniencing her. To make things worse, she curtly told me that my preferred drink was no longer available without offering any explanation or alternatives.
Considering how expensive Starbucks drinks are, I expect at least decent customer service. Unfortunately, this interaction left me feeling frustrated and undervalued as a customer.

Certain workers here are sooooo lazy like they hate their job their life just existing… why you applied to a service job is baffling if you have no energy. Bad way to start the day. Thank god someone else was making the actual drinks or I’d still be waiting.

Been here multiple times and every time I buy from here the coffee tastes weak and watered down. Don’t have ridiculous expectations but I do expect the coffee here to at least taste like the coffee at any other

It's 6:16pm and they are closed besides having people behind counter. And the black guy at the counter was very rude. He aggressively told us to go away. Very bad experience. Never recommend anyone to go there. I know I would not go there.

Gets very busy cause they're located in the store but the employees are always efficient and fast as they can be!

Vegetarian options: They have a few vegetarian options as far as bfast sandwiches and egg bites go. Almost every drink on the menu has a non dairy option or dairy substitute also!

Parking: They have extra upstairs parking for the store as well as a small lot in front of the store.

I had made a mobile order at this location. When I arrived I couldn’t find what I ordered. My name was covered up by a sleeve and one drink was missing. I was standing there for a while and finally said something. I asked where one of my drinks was and the barista said to me,
We don’t have it. I said that’s fine but how can I get my money back for the drink I paid for. She said, We can’t give refunds. I was also very nice and said that’s OK but I paid for a drink and didn’t get it. She then yelled out to her manager. I told her what was wrong and just wanted to be compensated. She also said I can’t give you a refund. I said OK that’s fine but what can I do to get compensated. This is way too long of a conversation for something so simple! She said I have to get a hold of Starbucks and walked away. This location is so much closer to where I live but at this point I go to another coffee shop because of the constant attitude, lack of customer service skills and being out and/or do not carry what other Starbucks carry. I always feel like I am bothering a lot of people that work there as if I’m walking into their house. You guys really need to step up your customer service game along with problem-solving skills. Not ok.

I’ve had more than one experience where my plain iced coffee tasted as if there was tea mixed with it. Maybe they should label their containers better?? They also recently messed up a simple iced latte - it looked like straight milk. I tossed it in the garbage right away. I have always been loyal to Starbucks but I have sadly given up on this location.
