Strictly an order ahead and pickup only store. First one I've seen. Other than someone handing your order to you no other customer service interface. You cannot place an order at the counter, I don't believe. Curious concept.
This is a takeout Starbucks only, and it seems that they only take orders via the Starbucks app. I placed my online order when walking to the counter, and had my coffee within 3 minutes, so was pleased with the service. Note that this Starbucks is within the Northwestern Prentice Womans Hospital
