Northwestern is a good hospital and I'm surprised they staff such rude people. I always order on the app because I don't want to deal with their attitude. They do always get my order right, well somewhat because they'll substitute it for the closest thing. Wish they would have better customer service.
Despite constantly serving grumpy visitors, tired doctors, and other busy vendors within the hospital, the crew at this location manage to remain professional and hardworking. Whatever they are being paid, I know it's not enough!

Every time I purchase a coffee from this location the drink is not drinkable. The coffee is VERY weak, too much cream, and when I have asked for my drink to be somewhat fixed, I’ve saw them just adding ice to my drink no liquid.
